The book, "Oxygen Yoga: A Spa Universe", is a good book for diabetics to get started on. It is full of information and great pictures. The programs consists of 8 weeks of poses to help you learn to breathe better and stretch muscles. These are easy exercises that just about anyone can learn to do. Diabetics need to do exercises and oxygen yoga is one of the best bets for any age.
